The North Star M90 flake ice makers and modular ice storage system allows Mann Packing the ability to manufacture and deliver 80-125 tons of flake ice to cool tons of broccoli, broccolini and other products each day.

We use the majority of our ice beginning in March through October, our heaviest of the operating season. We can use over 30,000 tons of ice per year which is crucial in preserving the quality of our produce.
